You must not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to generate harmful or misleading content.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Selectly offers three subscription tiers: Pro ($37/month), Premium ($67/month), and Executive ($97/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

The Selectly platform, tools, and underlying AI models are owned by Selectly. Content you generate using our tools is yours to use. You retain ownership of the resume content, cover letters, and career documents you create with Selectly.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Selectly provides AI-generated career assistance as a tool to support your job search. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by Australian law, Selectly's liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian law in the jurisdiction of your state or territory.
