Processing Agreement (DPA)
Selectly acts as a processor for the career and account data our business customers submit through the platform. We enter into a processing agreement (DPA) with each of the sub-processors above, and we can provide our own DPA to business customers who require one for their security or procurement review. To request a copy of our DPA, contact help@selectlyai.com.
Cross-border transfers
Several sub-processors are located outside Australia. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses and each sub-processor's adherence to recognised privacy protection frameworks such as the EU-US Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to ask which sub-processors have processed your personal data. You may exercise this right by contacting us at support@selectlyai.com. We will respond to any such request within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Enterprise and business customers who require a sub-processor register for their own compliance purposes may request a copy of this list in PDF format by emailing help@selectlyai.com.
