Sub-processors
Selectly engages the third-party sub-processors listed below to help us deliver our AI career toolkit. A sub-processor is any third party that processes personal data on our behalf. We carry out due diligence on each sub-processor and require them to protect personal data under contractual terms consistent with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Art. 28.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Selectly acts as a data processor for the career and account information our business customers submit through the platform. We enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with each of the sub-processors above, and we can provide our own DPA to business customers who require one for their security or procurement review.
